For what reasons can my credit card be rejected?

If your card is declined upon payment, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • The card could be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the date of expiry.
  • The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
  • Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.

How do I make a purchase via bank transfer?

To be able to pay through bank transfer you must follow the following steps:

  1. Please send us an email at info@whiteandblujewellery.com with "Bank Transfer and the name of your product" in the subject line. In the body of the email you must include details about the product you want to buy with  details such as colour and number of units.
  2. Please include the address where you want us to send your order as well as the name of the recipient.
We will send you an email with the bank details and identification code for you to enter in the subject of the transfer.
